The existing process relied heavily on manual communication and outdated systems, making it difficult for clients to discover available talent and understand booking options. We needed to build a platform that could showcase hundreds of artists with rich media, enable sophisticated filtering by event type and location, integrate with mapping services for venue-based searches, and streamline the inquiry-to-booking workflow - all while remaining easy to update for content managers without technical expertise.
Our Solution
We chose WordPress as the foundation for its content management capabilities and extensibility. Custom theme development delivered a responsive, visually engaging frontend, while plugin integrations added advanced search, filtering, and form handling. Google Maps API integration enables location-aware artist discovery. We implemented comprehensive analytics tracking with Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel for marketing insights. Akamai CDN ensures fast global content delivery, while security hardening and reCAPTCHA protect against spam and attacks.
