Return & Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains how refunds and returns work for ZSTech Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for digital services and subscription-based products.

Digital services (projects & retainers)

  • Project payments are typically tied to agreed milestones and deliverables defined in a proposal, statement of work, or contract.
  • If a refund is applicable, it will be evaluated case-by-case based on the work completed, third-party costs incurred, and contractual terms.
  • For monthly retainers/maintenance plans, refunds (if any) are generally limited to unused time in the current billing period.

Subscriptions (SaaS & digital products)

  • Subscription charges provide access to software features for the billing period (monthly/annual).
  • Refunds are allowed within 7 days of each subscription charge (including renewals), upon request.
  • If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it.

Non-refundable items

  • Third-party fees (e.g., domain registrations, hosting, paid plugins, paid APIs) once incurred.
  • Custom work that has already been delivered/approved as per agreed milestones.
