Overview
ZSTech Labs provides digital services and software products delivered online. This page explains how service delivery works. If a specific product or project agreement includes different delivery terms, that agreement will apply.
Shipping policy (physical goods)
We do not ship physical products. All deliverables are digital (software, design files, access to online tools, documentation, or consultation).
Service delivery (projects)
- Delivery timelines depend on the agreed scope and are documented in a proposal/statement of work.
- Deliverables may include source code, deployments (e.g., Vercel/AWS), documentation, and handover sessions, as applicable.
- Communication and progress updates are typically shared via email and/or agreed project tools.
Service delivery (subscriptions)
- Subscription-based products provide access to features for the duration of the active billing period.
- Access is usually granted automatically after successful payment and may require account creation.
- If access is not granted due to a technical issue, contact us and we will resolve it.
