Every screen. One simple dashboard

Veysign is an Android-first digital signage platform for teams that manage screens across more than one room, floor, or building. Upload content once, schedule it where it belongs, and keep it playing when the connection drops.

Platform

What the platform actually does

Digital signage fails in predictable ways: content goes stale, a screen quietly drops offline, and updating a menu means visiting the site with a USB stick. Veysign is built around removing those three failures.

Offline-first playback

Screens keep playing scheduled content through internet interruptions, then reconcile with the dashboard once the connection returns. Signage that goes blank during an outage is signage nobody trusts.

Scheduling across locations

Publish a playlist once and target it by screen, group, or location, with day-part scheduling for menus that change between service periods.

Android player with kiosk mode

The Veysign Player runs on Android 9+ hardware, from TV boxes to commercial panels, and pairs to an account with a short activation code.

Screen state at a glance

See which devices are online, what they are currently playing, and when they last checked in, instead of driving to a site to find out.

Multi-location management

Group screens by branch or region so a franchise operator can push a national promotion while a local manager keeps their own board.

Team access

Give staff the access they need to update their own screens without handing over the whole account.

Use Cases

Who Veysign is for

The common thread is more screens than people who can walk over to them.

Restaurants and cafés

Replace USB-stick menu updates and printed inserts. Change pricing across every branch at once, and switch between breakfast and dinner boards on a schedule.

Retail stores

Run promotions and seasonal campaigns across a store estate without shipping media to each site or relying on staff to swap files.

Clinics, salons, and gyms

Keep waiting-room and studio screens showing current schedules, offers, and announcements rather than whatever was loaded last quarter.

Hotels and multi-site operators

Centralise wayfinding, event boards, and guest information across properties while leaving room for site-specific content.

FAQ

Common questions about Veysign

What happens to my screens when the internet goes down?

Scheduled content keeps playing. The Veysign Player stores its current playlist and schedule on the device, so an outage does not blank the screen. When connectivity returns, the player syncs any changes made in the dashboard.

What hardware does Veysign run on?

Any Android 9 or newer device: Android TV boxes, media sticks, tablets, and commercial Android panels. There is no proprietary hardware to buy, which is usually the largest line item when rolling out signage.

How does a screen get connected to my account?

Install the Veysign Player, and it displays a short activation code. Enter that code in the dashboard and the screen is paired to your organisation. No per-device login or manual configuration file is involved.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Solo plan covers one screen at one location at no cost, which is enough to pair real hardware and confirm playback before committing. Paid plans start at $19 per month and scale by active screens, locations, and storage.

Who builds and supports Veysign?

ZsTechLabs. Veysign is our own product, not a reseller arrangement. The same team designs it, runs its infrastructure, and handles its production incidents. That is also the engineering work we do for client platforms.

We build products, not just projects

Veysign is a multi-tenant SaaS platform with an Android client, a scheduling engine, and production infrastructure that ZsTechLabs designed, shipped, and now operates. If you are planning a platform of your own, that end-to-end ownership, from architecture through incident response, is the work we do for clients too.
