1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of information you store in profiles
• Compliance with all applicable laws when using auto-filled information
• Ensuring you have the right to use any information you store

3.2 Security

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and browser
• Anyone with access to your browser can access your stored profiles
• Storing sensitive information (like passwords) in profiles is at your own risk
• We recommend using your browser's built-in password manager for sensitive credentials

3.3 Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Extension only for legitimate purposes, including:

• Filling out forms on websites where you have permission to create accounts
• Testing websites and applications you own or have authorization to test
• Streamlining your legitimate registration and account creation processes

4. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all code, designs, graphics, and documentation, is owned by ZSTechLabs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Websites

The Extension interacts with third-party websites to fill forms. We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites
• Any damages or losses caused by your use of third-party websites
• How third-party websites handle the information you submit via auto-fill

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that:

• The Extension will meet your requirements
• The Extension will be compatible with all websites
• All form fields will be correctly detected and filled
• Your data will always be accurately transferred to forms

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZSTECHLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Extension
• Damages caused by incorrectly filled forms or submitted information
• Unauthorized access to your stored profiles

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $10 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE EXTENSION (WHICH IS $0 FOR FREE USERS).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZSTechLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Information you store or submit using the Extension

9. Modifications to the Extension

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time
• Change features or functionality
• Update the Extension with new versions

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Extension.

10. Updates to Terms

Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Extension and uninstall it.

You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.
