1. Information We Collect

1.1 Profile Data

The Extension allows you to create and store profiles containing personal information such as:

• Name (first, last, or full name)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Physical address (street, city, state, ZIP, country)
• Company name and job title
• Website URL
• Username and password fields
• Other form field data you choose to save

Storage: All profile data is stored locally in your browser's sync storage (chrome.storage.sync or browser.storage.sync). This means:

• The data remains on your device and in your browser account
• If you enable browser sync, the data may sync across your devices using your browser's built-in sync infrastructure
• We (ZSTechLabs) do not have access to this data

1.2 Settings Data

The Extension stores user preferences including:

• Auto-fill enabled/disabled status
• Default profile selection
• Disabled domains list

This data is also stored locally in browser sync storage and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

The Extension uses your stored profile data solely for the following purpose:

Form Filling: To automatically fill form fields on web pages when you explicitly trigger the fill action (via popup, context menu, or floating button)

We do not:

• Transmit your data to any external servers
• Share your data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising or marketing
• Track your browsing activity
• Collect analytics or usage statistics

3. Data Security

Your profile data security depends on:

• Browser Security: Your browser's built-in storage encryption and security features
• Device Security: Physical access controls to your device
• Account Security: Your browser account password and authentication

Important Security Notes:

• The Extension can store passwords in profiles. These are stored in browser sync storage, which may or may not be encrypted depending on your browser.
• We recommend using your browser's built-in password manager for sensitive credentials instead of the Extension.
• Anyone with access to your logged-in browser can access your stored profiles.

4. Permissions Explained

4.1 Storage Permission

Why: Required to save and retrieve your profiles and settings.

Scope: Access to browser's local and sync storage APIs only.

4.2 Context Menus Permission (Chrome) / Menus Permission (Firefox)

Why: Enables the right-click "Fill sign-up with…" menu functionality.

Scope: Does not access page content; only creates menu items.

4.3 Content Script Access (all URLs)

Why: Required to detect form fields and fill them with your profile data.

Scope: The content script only:

• Reads form field attributes (name, id, type, placeholder)
• Writes values to form fields when you trigger fill action
• Does not read other page content
• Does not transmit any data off your device

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not:

• Connect to any external APIs or servers
• Load remote scripts or code
• Include third-party analytics or tracking libraries
• Display advertisements

All Extension code is packaged locally and runs entirely on your device.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: Profile data persists in your browser's sync storage until you explicitly delete it or uninstall the Extension.

How to Delete Your Data:

1. Open the Extension options page
2. Delete individual profiles using the delete button
3. Or uninstall the Extension to remove all data

Note: If browser sync is enabled, you may need to clear sync data from your browser settings to remove it from all synced devices.

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Extension, please contact us at info@zstechlabs.com.

8. International Users

The Extension stores all data locally on your device using your browser's storage APIs. No data is transferred internationally through our services. If you use browser sync, data transfer is handled by your browser provider (Google, Mozilla, etc.) according to their privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:
